Before you pay
How do I pay?
Through PayPal. You are sent to a PayPal page, you pay there, and you come back and confirm. We match the payment and add your credits — usually within a few hours.
Do plans renew automatically?
No. Nothing is charged again without you starting it. Before a plan term ends we remind you, and you renew by paying again.
Do credits expire?
Purchased credits expire 60 months (5 years) after the date of purchase. Plan credits stay valid for the length of the plan term.
What if an audit fails?
The credits it used are returned to your wallet automatically. You are never charged for a run that did not finish.
