Terms of service
Last updated 18 August 2026.
Who you are contracting with
SEO Fixlist is operated and sold by SOAS Group LLC, a limited liability company registered in United States.
Registered address: 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 1200, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States.
All notices and support requests: support@seofixlist.com.
These terms apply to everyone who creates an account, wherever they are.
Using the service
You may audit any website — your own, a client’s, or a competitor’s. Our crawler reads public pages the way a search engine does, at a polite rate. You must not use it to disrupt a service, to get around a paywall or login, or for anything unlawful.
Credits, expiry and billing
Audits consume credits at the rates shown before each run, and the cost is displayed before you start. If an audit fails, the credits it used are returned to your balance automatically.
Purchased credits expire 60 months (5 years) after the date of purchase. Plan credits are granted for each paid term and last for that term. Credits are a prepaid usage unit: they are non-transferable, cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for money, and have no cash value. Prices may change, and a change never affects credits you have already bought.
Payments are taken in US dollars. Refunds are handled under our refund policy, which forms part of these terms.
What we don’t promise
SEO Fixlist reports measurable on-page and technical signals and offers suggestions. We do not guarantee search rankings, traffic, or revenue. Results depend on many factors outside any tool’s control.
Availability
We aim for high uptime but the service is provided “as is” without warranty. We may perform maintenance that briefly interrupts access.
Your data
Your websites, audits and reports belong to you. You can delete any audit or website from inside the app at any time, which removes its findings and report. Deleting an audit does not refund the credits it used. How we handle personal data is set out in our privacy policy.
Account termination
You can close your account anytime. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or violate these terms. If we close your account without cause, we refund unused purchased credits at the price you paid.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for lost profits, lost traffic or indirect losses.
If something goes wrong: talk to us first
Before starting formal proceedings, email support@seofixlist.com describing the problem and what you would like us to do. We will reply within 5 business days and try to settle it directly. Most billing questions are resolved this way within a day.
Governing law and disputes
These terms, and any dispute arising out of them or out of your use of the service, are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
If a dispute is not resolved under the step above, it must be brought exclusively in the state and federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, and both sides consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. Either side may still bring an individual claim in a small-claims court that has jurisdiction.
If you are a consumer resident outside the United States, nothing here removes rights you have under the mandatory consumer-protection law of the country you live in, including any right to bring proceedings there.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and material changes are announced in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.
