Failed audits
If an audit fails (for example, your site was unreachable or blocked our crawler), the credits it cost are refunded automatically to your wallet. You’ll see the refund in your credit transactions.
Unused credit packs
Purchased credit packs are refundable within 14 days if unused. Contact support with your payment reference.
How to request
Open the in-app support page with your payment reference (PAY-…). We aim to respond within two business days.
